Rampton Baseley were the sole agents on my recent development at Bowling Green Square in Balham.

Being one of the biggest projects I have undertaken, it was important that my agent was experienced not only in the local area but also with dealing with large new developments and all the complications that come with them.

I was delighted with their performance.

Led by Sam and his New Homes team, the entire sales department was engaged with the development from the start and we managed to achieve asking price of above on almost every unit in the development remarkably quickly. I was very impressed with the team’s ability to manage each of the buyers, given that there was a significant amount of time between launch and completion.

I will certainly be working with them again on future projects.
